The place
Lake houses open wide onto the water, with large terraces, pools and pool houses. In town, apartments in the old town and along the lake are renovated with care.

The technical point
By a mountain lake, winters are cold and damp. A stone terrace there needs frost-resistant stone, a draining bed and joints that let the slabs move.

How we work
- On-site technical survey: €250 excl. VAT, i.e. €300 incl. VAT, deducted from the signed quote.
- Fixed-price quote item by item and a layout plan, within ten working days.
- Firm start date as soon as you order. A date we give is a date we keep.
- Live follow-up on the project portal: team, tasks, schedule and photos.
- Protection, dust-extracted cutting and daily cleaning: your home is respected.
- Ten-year liability insurance is being arranged. The certificate and insurer details will be provided before any work requiring this cover.
