The method

A date we give is a date we keep.

  1. 1

    Your project

You present it online, with your plans and photos. We reply within two working days.

We read every request in full, plans included. If the project interests us, we offer a survey; if not, we tell you straight away.

  2. 2

    The technical survey

On site: measurements, substrate assessment, a conversation about materials and layout.

We check flatness, moisture and soundness, and note the constraints of the place: access, building rules, working hours.

  3. 3

    Quote and layout

A fixed price, line by line, and a layout plan approved with you.

Every cut is planned on paper. Before anything is ordered, you know where each joint will fall.

  4. 4

    Preparation

Trusted suppliers, inspected materials, substrates accepted in writing, a firm start date.

We choose the adhesives, grouts and protection products suited to your material and your room.

  5. 5

    Laying

By our own teams, followed live on your site portal.

Flatness, alignment and joints checked row by row. Your home is protected and cleaned throughout.

  6. 6

    Handover

A joint inspection, a signed report, a care guide. Your warranties begin.

We hand over the material references and the spare stock kept for any future replacement.
